I started in the Chemical Industry with BASF AG in the Special Chemicals Business for the Paper Industry. I changed to BASF AG Color and Paints to drive Color perceptions in various roles and aspects to improve objective evaluation of colors. Later at E.I.DuPont de Nemours in Bonn 1998 I led the technical customer service laboratories for Volvo & Saab up to leading all technical divisions for the site.
Taking on the Coloristic and Basecoat development for Coatings for Plastics in Cologne 2001 I also led technology transfers globally. During this and on Merge and consolidation of production-related teams I started as of 2008 with Lean Six Sigma and Continuous Improvement and became Master Black Belt and Lean Practitioner. In addition, Quality Control enabled this to drive Improvements as well in the Supply Chain area as of 2014 as Supplier Development Coordinator.
For more than 10 years now I am passionately driving my Continuous Improvement and Change Journey throughout the production process related Value Stream, always thinking from the customer’s perspective.
