I am a senior expert in Operational Excellence and Lean Six Sigma, with more than twenty years of experience helping organisations improve how they work, think, and lead. My journey began after earning my IT engineering degree from RWTH Aachen / Germany, and in 2005 I entered the world of Lean Six Sigma at Unisys, where I became a Master Black Belt and later Director of Operational Excellence for Europe.

Since then, I have led transformation initiatives across service, industrial, and digital environments—including ArcelorMittal and Prisa—applying Lean Six Sigma, Lean IT, Agile and advanced problem solving techniques to deliver measurable improvements in flow, waste reduction, process capability, and cultural adoption. I have managed complex change programmes, aligned executive stakeholders, built governance frameworks, and coached teams at all organisational levels.

In 2013, I co founded AELIT, the Spanish LeanIT Association, and served as its first president.

Since 2014, I have worked as an advisor and senior expert, supporting companies in designing improvement systems, developing capability, and embedding continuous improvement culture. I have also expanded my work into Artificial Intelligence applied to process optimisation, designing courses and workshops that combine Lean Six Sigma thinking with modern analytical and automation tools.

For me, Lean Six Sigma is more than a methodology; it is a disciplined way to understand problems, lead people, and improve systems. My mission is to help organisations transform their work culture through meaningful progress, resilient processes, and empowered teams that solve real problems with clarity, data, and purpose.
