My professional career has taken me through various industries and companies, where I was responsible for complex projects for well-known clients. Close collaboration with clients, the coordination of diverse stakeholders, and the successful implementation of projects have always been my top priorities. These experiences have shown me that sustainable improvements don’t just come from good processes, but above all from the people who shape them.
Since 2025, I have been part of The Lean Six Sigma Company. In my role in client consulting and project management, I support those interested in Lean Six Sigma in finding the right training for their goals, as well as helping existing clients complete their training to the best of their ability.
In October 2025, I completed the Lean Six Sigma Green Belt training myself. This gives me insight into the perspective of a participant, understands the questions that can arise before the training, and appreciates the added value the methods bring to everyday professional life.
In addition to my experience in project management at renowned advertising agencies such as Demner, Merlicek & Bergmann and Wien Nord Serviceplan, my training and coaching experience also shape my communication and work style. I am convinced that successful change always begins where processes and people are given equal consideration.
