A key challenge for organisations is translating strategy into sustainable operational performance — developing the processes, leadership behaviours and problem-solving capability needed for consistent execution, over time, every day.
I help organisations strengthen this capability. I focus on operational effectiveness: improving how work gets done, strengthening problem-solving capability and enabling leaders and teams to embed continuous improvement into their daily ways of working. I maintain a clear focus on customer outcomes and strategy alignment.
Over the course of my career, including significant experience with General Electric (GE), I have worked across diverse functions such as operations, finance, production, administration, sales and, for the last 10 years, in consultancy roles supporting organisations through improvement and transformation. As a GE Master Black Belt, I combined business experience with Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to improve performance, mentor teams at all levels, and build internal improvement capability within organisations.
My approach has always recognised that operational excellence is not simply about tools and processes. Sustainable improvement depends on people: how leaders engage, how teams collaborate, how problems are understood and addressed, and how organisations learn. Successful transformation requires clarity, honesty, empathy — and often a good sense of humour.
Continuous learning remains central to my work. This includes exploring and applying emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence where they can meaningfully enhance analysis, decision-making and organisational effectiveness. Understanding and adapting to client circumstances is a key component of my ability to add value.
My role is to help organisations build the capability and culture required to continuously improve.
