1. Can I enrol for a course without any prior experience?
No. This programme is designed for participants who already have experience with Lean or Lean Six Sigma, such as Lean Practitioners or Green Belts.
However, it is also possible to follow the Lean Leader programme as an extended format that includes the full Lean Practitioner training. In that case, you will start with the fundamentals before progressing to the leadership aspects of the programme.
The Lean Leader training builds on your knowledge and focuses on developing your leadership capabilities, enabling you to guide improvement efforts, coach others, and align initiatives with organisational objectives. Throughout the training, you will work with practical scenarios, exercises, and application in your own work environment.
During your improvement project, you will receive guidance and coaching from an experienced Lean expert, helping you successfully lead, support, and sustain improvement within your team or department.
